For the Creation Team at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich or our office in the center of Rosenheim, with the possibility to work flexibly from home, we are looking for an Art Director (m/f/d) Motion Design. The Creation team develops innovative event and engagement concepts for our clients. The focus lies upon the symbiosis of technology and creative concept. We create holistic design concepts in diverse disciplines: Corporate Design, motion design, 3D art work as well as creative room layouts.

  • Realization of design projects for our (virtual) events, from conception to delivery, with focus on motion design
  • Development of concepts and storyboards for own motion design projects as well as their operational implementation
  • Independent handling of internal and external on- and offline projects
  • Professional development of communication concepts
  • Contribution of own creative and conceptual ideas
  • Responsibility for own projects and timely completion
  • Quality assurance and process optimization
  • Communication with clients and external interfaces
  • Strategic branding development


  • Finished studies or apprenticeship in communication, multimedia or media design or a similar qualification
  • About 3 to 4 years of practical experience as Motion Designer or Art Director, preferably with first experience in the event field
  • High quality awareness
  • Strong sense for storytelling, interplay of image and sound as well as current design and motion trends
  • Structured and diligent working style, also under deadline pressure
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe CC, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Powerpoint and KeyNote
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D is an advantage
  • Experience with virtual event solutions and new technologies (e.g. VR and AR) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German, additional languages are always welcome
