Tasks

• Design user interfaces regarding the look & feel as well as taking care of the UX for conception.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e. g. responsiveness).
• Collaborating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
• Communication of design and workflow requirements to development teams.
• Researching similar products and developing original ideas.
• Conducting user testing to validate the workflows of product features.
• Creating a website with Webflow (HTML and CSS is basic knowledge, we are currently working with Webflow however knowledge in WordPress is also welcome).

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Interaction Design, Media Communication Desing, or similar discipline.
• Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs: Figma, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Knowledge in HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of Design Thinking and agile methods.
• A portfolio that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
• A case study that demonstrates design process is essential.
• Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills as shown in a competitive portfolio with 1-5 years of industry experience.
