You want to become a Design Office Assistant for the MYKITA design department?

You will assist our designers in research, archiving and organising a creative environment. You will prepare presentations and streamline our design process. And you will act as a communicator between departments.



Organize office and assist our product team in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Coordinate with other departments ensure compliance with established policies
Prepare materials for meeting and appointments and keeping a protocol
Organization and maintence of the studio’s materias, samples and prototypes archive as well as the studio’s research and analysis material
Perform core tasks specific to the intersection role between the Design office and other departments such as Customer Service, Webshop, Product Development and Brand
Facilitate workflow between Design and prototype workshop and support function to prototype workshop
Creation, maintenance and digitalization of product specification sheets
Creation of both digital and physical product presentations

Great educational background, preferably in the field of Design
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, efficient time management and multitasking skills
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proactively identifying where help is needed
Knowledge of softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Office Power Point, Excel and Rhinoceros is a plus
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of merchandise management systems is a plus
