Head of Experience Design (m/f/div)

For our office in Hamburg (or Germany wide remote), we are looking for a Head of Experience Design (m/f/div) to attract clients and the best talent to grow our business.

As Head of Experience Design (m/f/div) you will lead a department of 3 teams with about 30 experts for digital design systems, user-centered product design (UX & UI) and inspiring content. As member of our local leadership team and global design collectives you create an environment where ideas can flourish.

• Have a proven track record of producing cutting-edge design and creative work
• Have excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills
• Have a lot of experience in business development and love to excite new and existing clients about the services and solutions we provide
• Have a deep understanding of technology and a constant curiosity about new trends and opportunities
• Identify problems and significantly improve processes, services or projects that are at risk
• Actively support talents and leads in their development
• Very good German (C1) and English (C1) skills
